It is a joint venture between Tien Phuoc JSC and Company 990, with a total investment of approximately US$120 million. The building has 23 above-ground floors and 3 basement floors, including 350 guest rooms, 4 restaurants and bars, an outdoor swimming pool, a spa area, and nearly 14,000 m² of Grade A office space. It is operated by the Le Meridien brand, part of Marriott International – one of the world’s leading and most prestigious hotel brands.
